If you did not have SURGERY to get those stitches (like having a baby, or having an internal organ repaired ) then you SHOULD be able to give blood. ... I would have to ask however, if there was much blood loss for whatever you had to have stitches for? THAT might make it so that you would have to wait at LEAST 4 weeks before giving blood.
