Def. lukewarm soup, the heat could bother you a little bit, but it shouldn't be cold soup.
Maybe some oatmeal, or a milkshake (they are very filling!) |

If you are still numb, you should stick to liquids. Maybe get a milkshake or have some soup.
If you aren't numb, just try to eat softer foods. And no foods that might scratch the area where the teeth were pulled (like popcorn or tortilla chips) |

Soft stuff like french fries and bread. Soup is always a safe choice also. Ice cream is always a good one too (as long as it is not hard posicle bars) |

Eat whatever you can, but avoid real hot things, like soup... I'm very sorry to hear that they extracted all 3 at the same visit! :(
but there aren't any restrictions on what to eat...just be gentle, of course. The main idea whenever you have an extraction, is to make sure the blood clot is left there! that's the key thing. example, don't rinse vigorously until it's healed, because if the blood clot is pulled out, you'll wind up with dry socket. And no amount of any pain medicine in the world is going to relieve the pain of dry socket.
I wish you good luck with eating, that must be very frustrating but do your best :) |
