Do you use drugs? Regardless, go to the dentist. Whatever he does will hurt less than having broken, rotted teeth. |

If you fail to consult a dental doctor, you can only prevent further tooth decay by the following means:
1. Make it a habit to brush your teeth after eating, using a toothbrush with soft, rounded bristles.
2. Use a toothpaste with fluoride to help prevent tooth decay and repair tooth enamel.
3. Buy a new toothbrush every 3 or 4 months. Bacteria can grow on toothbrushes, and the bristles wear down and become ineffective.
4. Brush your tongue to freshen your breath and remove bacteria, or use a tongue cleaner, available in some health food stores.
5. Snack on raw vegetables, fruit or unsweetened yogurt, and eliminate or reduce consumption of sugar and sugary foods.
6. Eat foods high in calcium such as milk and fortified orange juice.
Good luck. |

Honey, go to a dentist. What's worse - the dentist or no teeth in your head? |

Milk is good for teeth...calcium strenghtens them. You also need water to flush out your body. You may be lacking something in your diet. I know what a fear of the dentist is like- I am terrified myself. But you really NEED to go, before you lose them all. |

Wow. how old are you? Are these your secondary teeth you are talking about? If so, you really should go to the dentist. It could be caused from a vitamin deficiency, or possibly radiation exposure. Don't be afraid of the dentist. He will try to help you keep your teeth. |

Going to the dentist is not as bad as it used to be. Dentists can give you medicine to not only make a dental procedure less painful, but less traumatizing as well. So just go, because the risks from prolonged tooth decay can be scarier than any dentist. |

Hi! Sorry to hear about your teeth! Please, if you drink sodas, stay away from them!Sodas decay teeth to no end. It's best to see the dentist now, before you lose more teeth. The dentist can probably get lots of work done in one sitting-besides.....they'll use Novocaine. Good luck to you sweetie! |
