Brisk walking is great for burning lower body fats.
It is my lifestyle now. I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs/14kg and gained better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs/49kg for more than a year, with more fruits and complex carbs.

2. Lower your calorie intake to 1400 calories per day
3. Do abdominal excersizes. Aerobics are a great way to
burn fat. Dancing around your house will help and some crunches. Mix it up.

There is no such thing as spot weight lossing, although those TV commercials try to make you think differently. The real answer is one you have heard before: diet and exercise. Maintain healthier eating, and perform more aerobic exercise, such as running, jogging, walking, cycling, etc.
