I agree with the dancing! Put on music and dance for 20 min 3x a week. Also fun is dance classes or turbojam videos! |

Hang with your friends. Some of my friends do Billy's Bootcamp together! Go rollerblading or bike riding. And remember to have fun! Don't look at it as working out look at it as hanging out with your friends! |

walking around the mall for 2 or 3 hours. Dont sit. After that long you would have walked about a mile or more. Or you can go rollerskating. Maybe go on walks with a friend or two afterschool everyday. have you tried softball or soccer. |
