take the sheet off the bed, take a rag or sponge with a little soap on it and scrub the spot on the bed, spray a little Febreze or something if it's smelly, and tell your friend you spilled pop or something--of course, if you have an animal in the house, it's easy to blame it on him!

im going to guess medical reasons for the bed-wetting?
if so, then if they are truly your friend, they will just pass it off as such and not care that you did. i was friends with a guy who was bed-ridden since he was 7, until he moved to saudi arabia with his mom.
but to clean, use oxyclean or something similar, with very light bleach and water. let it soak a little and vaccuum the residue. then you can tap-dry with a towel and let it air out. febreeze works, so does any type of incense or candles, if there is an odor.
im more into the honesty thing with friends. in the end, you would want them to be honest back, right?
