Sure. But don't brush hard. Don't damage your gums. It would be better to not brush at all than to brush too hard or too often. Brush after every meal. About three times per day with some flossing should do it. Good luck on your dental health. |

Sure.
It's can't hurt.
You should do it at least twice a day.
Don't forget to brush your tongue, too.
The simplest cause of bad breath - and the one easiest to fix - is poor oral hygiene. If you don't brush and floss daily, particles of food remain in the mouth, where bacteria rot them, creating the unpleasant odor known as halitosis.
Most people know they should brush their teeth twice a day and clean between their teeth daily with floss or a similar inter-dental cleaner. What most people don't know is that proper hygiene also includes cleaning your tongue.
No matter how frequently you brush and floss your teeth, you won't really be defending against bad breath unless you also scrape the collected bits of food and mucous off your tongue, where bacteria triggers decay and the resulting offending odors.
The simplest way to clean your tongue is to gently but firmly brush it at the same time you brush your teeth. Brushing your tongue creates an odd, ticklish sensation. Be sure to get the top and sides, but don't press so hard that you hurt or gag yourself. |

I feel like this is my 8 yr old son. Yes brush..and for at least 2 min. with a soft brush. Not your hair brush..but a tooth brush. And it you dont have a timer...hum a song while you brush to make sure you do it long enough. |
