hmm, good question maybe it is possible if you work very intensely and not eat what you normally do. i dont mean starve yourself but like no sugar or ice cream and for dinner eat a small portion salad (VERY LITTLE) . what also may help is go to google and look up some links that may give good advice you. (: well i hope this helps and good luck |

There's that "Hollywood diet" drink...it's not good for you at all, and you have to be very strict on it, but you'd lose it. It's not healthy for you to lose that much weight that quickly, so a meal plan and exercise plan is not going to get you to where you're wanting to be. Sorry! :( |

im sorry im no help. But i dont think you would wanna do that. you gain it all back and plus sum. the healthy way is losing 3 pounds a week. To lose as much as possible. i would deffinetlly cut down your eating. Cut everything you eat in half. you have to eat breakfsat, lunch and dinner. Try not to eat to many carbs, or sweets. Run alot!!! |

Yes it is possible.
Movie stars and similar people do it all the time. However, the weight you lose is just water, and you will gain it back soon, also this kind of weight loss is not suggested for optimal health
Hope this helps, |

The Biggest Loser TV program should have a website. They can probably give you good tips. The contestants usually lose 10 to 13 pounds in the first week, but only in the first week. After that it's slower. They're also on a strict diet and exercise regimen.
A few tips: Drink lots of ice water. Eat lots of food early in the morning, a light lunch, and very, VERY little in the evening. No dessert after dinner. Don't starve yourself or it will backfire and make you eat twice as much. Don't totally eliminate foods you like - just eat them in the morning, and cut the portions in half.
P.S. Coffee curbs your appetite. Black, no cream, and DO NOT drink any soft drinks or juices at all. You might want to eliminate milk if you drink that. |

You can do it... But it is not healthy and could end up killing you.
8lbs isn't much, unless you're wrestling don't worry about it. |

The only way you could do that is by starving and less excersiseing, so the excersiseing doesnt build muscle witch will make you weigh more in the long run. This isnt really healthy tho..you should maybe aim for a more healthy goal like 3 lbs or something. No body is really gonna see a 8 lb difference anyways. |

If you cut off one of your arms then yes. Other wise no, you can only lose about 1-2 pounds of fat per week. |

It sounds like you are aware of how difficult this may be. Eight pounds in 8 days is asking a lot from your body.
Here is a link to the 5-Day Miracle Diet. It's not 8 days but it's close to your needs. The review comes from a website called Diets in Review. You can read about hundreds of different diet programs and discuss dieting with all sorts of people who may have attempted the diet feat that you are ready to embark on. The website is free to use too.
Be cautioned against any diets that have you taking a supplement that promises a quick fix. Your "safest" bet to chip away at these 8 pounds in 8 days is smart eating and exercise.
Most diets are going to request that you keep your calories in the range of 1,000 to 1,500 each day. You'll be consuming a lot of veggies, lean proteins and small amounts of fruit and fat.
Be safe and stay healthy! |

To prep overweight patients for surgery, doctors will use a soup diet. It consists of tomatoes, cucumbers, celery, carrots, and lentils (sparingly). You make as much of it as you want, season it to taste, then eat that. You have to have other things in your diet though.....
On the second day you have bananas and milk, as much as you want.
On the third day, you're going to be craving carbs, so you can have a baked potato, as big as you want.
No junk food is the rule. As time goes on you can start to add back things like peanut butter, but no junk. Supposedly this diet takes the weight off really fast.
Another rule is that you can eat as much as you want. Just make sure to get the soup every day. |

Sorry, but that's not healthy! Losing 8 lbs in 3-4 weeks is healthier. Get at least 30 minutes of aerobic exercise almost every day (take a day off or two to let your muscles recover), but don't increase how much you eat already. Eat heatlhy, nutritious foods, cut sodas, sweets and fried/greasy foods from your diet altogether. If you eat bread, make sure it's whole wheat. Pay attention to how many calories you intake--writing a food diary has helped a lot of people. Good luck! |
