well you have a fast metabolism is most likely the issue. they have some products out on the market in some fitness stores that will help you gain extra mass and they will not harm you. look into it, GNC is a good company that provides this product and you can look them up on the web.

I would say eat more bread and tortillas. Donuts and sodas tend to do the job. Or what happened to me get an office job and sit and eat all day long you will gain a few pounds.

no. don't just eat junk. junk every once in a while is cool but not everyday for a week. eat more of what you eat normally. if you normally eat 1 plate eat 1 and a half. sooner you'll get fuller.

I'm just like you. I hate it when ppl say "Just be happy ur so lucky!" It's not cool being super thin because then everyone thinks ur anorexic/bullemic and everyone keeps telling u to eat more when u eat fine but just dont gain weight. I've been trying for years go gain weight, but nothing works, not even loading up on junk food (which you shouldnt do because it wont help u gain weight, but it will make ur heart hurt). There's nothing really u can do, sorry. U can try buying pills that slow down your metabolism. Ask your doctor.

I would suggest not getting fatter very quickly, that would be harmful to your body, over time eat a little bit more of some of your usual meals, that extra will give your body more calories with the same amount burned as before, slowly you will gain weight.

You probably have a really high metabolism. Just like people who need to lose weight, it is best to consult your doctor. He or she can tell you how to do it the healthy way as opposed to eating high fat junk foods which can cause future problems. I would ask about BOOST or ENSURE nutrition drinks. They are usually high in calories and nutrients.

Consider yourself luck and don't work on getting "fatter". As long as you eat right (skip the junk) and get some regular exercise, your body will take care of the rest. Some of us tend to be large, others tend to be smaller. As you get older, time will add the pounds anyway, don't rush it :)

Weight lifting - get a Buddie and lift twice the weight you THINK you can do. Most people under estimate what they can lift. Most women don't think they can bench press 50 pounds, but they can easily lift 75 pounds!!! Building the mussel with weights will be the hardest thing ever, but you'll have an incredible body envied by all women. Mussel weighs more than fat, so you'll gain weight, but get great mussel definition. Don't' worry, it's near impossible to look like female body builders without steroids, so lift away!!!

I would give you advice on this but as a child I was also skinny. There are healthy shakes that you can drink or what not but I basically let my body do what it was going to do and now I am average. If your metabolism is just to high then you really aren't going to be able to do too much.
Be careful about overeating. There are a lot of serious implications to it. I do know where you are coming from and why you are trying to gain though. Its as much a stigma as it is if you are overweight. I was known as skin-and-bones-jones.
