As long as you are happy with your weight, then I wouldn't care what other's think. You shouldn't be at all worried about gaining or losing weight. Just try to be healthy. |

I was 104 lbs until I had my first baby. As long as you eat healthy and feel good...don't worry about it. Enjoy it because once you have babies it's gone :) |

I know someone who's like you, she's really skinny but eats a lot and doesn't put on weight. I guess it depends what you're bmi is, if it's in the normal range, then just continue eating normally and healthily because you have nothing to worry about. And the people who say they wish they were built like you really do mean it, so don't worry and consider yourself lucky :) |

You said yourself that sometimes you feel uncomfortable or whatnot, so then you do want to gain weight. Do what makes you more comfortable. As for how to gain weight, I don't really know. Why not try a free clinic and talk to a nutritionist or something? :) |

you should start to build muscle, then you wouldn't look so skinny, (not like you're TOO skinny now, its not like you look like tara reid, like a toothpick :) ) but with muscle it will help you to look more healthy, and you (and everyone else) will love your body |

I know how you feel. I am like exactly your size and also have a fast metabolism, I eat all the time. Some people think I'm anorexic but some wish they were thin like me. I would say just get used to the comments, if you are happy the way you are, just ignore them. If you do want to gain weight though, try just having 3 large meals a day. Eating 4-6 small meals a day will actually increase your metabolism, so eating fewer, bigger meals should help you. Try getting good food too, high protein, pasta, meat, beans, etc, not just a bunch of junk food. |

I know how you feel! I'm 14 also and I weigh 103. But I'm not anorexic or bulimic. I just have a really fast metabolism also. As long as you eat healthy and get exercise you should be fine. Just don't eat really bad because that's a VERY unhealthy way of gaining weight. Don't worry to much about your weight! And remember you're not alone! |

How old are you? Your body type looks more like that of a normal sized younger girl than an underweight woman in her 20's. Your figure will fill out more as you age. If you are under 16, I seriously wouldn't worry about it. You don't look anything close to anorexic. You just look preteen. |

If you can't gain weight by eating a bit more healthy food, try adding a nutritional supplement drinks such as Ensure.. that should help you put on a few pounds. No one can really answer how much weight you should gain.. I would set a goal of 10 pounds, and then see how comfortable you are with that. |

You do look thin but who is to say if it is just your age? Many people, girls and boys, are still growing at 14.
But if you want to gain weight correctly you want to do it with muscle-toning exercise and eating healthy foods. Too much cardio will not do anything as far as toning your body up.
You see, by building and toning up your muscles, you then acquire that "womanly" shape that everyone finds so desireable. Don't worry about overdoing it...it takes a TON of exercise and a scientifically created diet to make your muscles all bulgy like a female bodybuilder.
Don't expect changes in a week or two. That stuff takes time. But like celebrities, you can transform your body into a chiseled toned machine. Look at Fergie...you KNOW she has put some major time and commitment into exercise.

id say you were pretty natrurally slim, however 7stone is maybe a bit too slim for your age? just to be healthier, and feel better about yourself, you could put on a little, but it doesnt sound as if its your fault, like i dont think youd be silly enough to diet or anything, id say yo were naturally slim anyway! lucky bugger! lol if your happy with the way you look and your weight, youre perfect! but if you dont like the way you look, or are feeling ill etc maybe see your gp, and get him/her to check your weight on the little weight chart thing, they can tell you if your underweight or the right weight for your age! just to make you feel better!

No. Only fat people will typically tell you to gain weight. If your not bulimic or anorexic then I say keep up your routine so when your older and your body slows down you don't get fat. |

You have room to gain some weight definitely but that being said, if this is you naturally and you maintain a healthy diet and exercise (not to loose weight , just to keep fit and healthy) then i would say do not worry about it.
As long as your body isn't begging to be fed more and you're not seriously deprived of nutrients/food then i think it's safe to say you're okay.
If it is a big issue for you because you dislike looking that thin then see a specialist (maybe a doctor or nutritionist) and get some professional advice on what you can eat and do to bulk up a little bit.
Or just work on your confidence, you look beautiful and i dont mean that in a , "oh my god you're so skinny- i'm so jealous" way.
P.S dont listen to those idiots who are posting comments about you needing to lose weight or tone a 'flabby' stomach, chances are if you met them in real life they'd be fat or just incredibly ugly anyway. They can call you whatever they want, you can call them jealous :P |
