Congrats!! How about cardio (burns calories) and weight training (builds muscle, which burns more calories)? Obviously you want to start out slow so you don't hurt yourself. To keep it interesting mix things up. Throw in an aerobics class if you want (or a DVD), walk, jump rope, for each set of weights do different numbers of reps at different weight (might need to build up a little muscle first). You could try the Bender Ball or Zone Pilates. Cut back junk food, decrease portions, have five or six mini meals a day (if the portions are small enough), and increase water, fruit, veggie, fiber, and lean meat intake. Aim for 8-10 hours of sleep. Try to avoid stress because cortisol, the stress hormone, is fattening. I hope this helps. |

The best way is a healthy diet you'd be surprised on how fast you lose weight just by adding in some fruits and vegetables you don't even have to deprive yourself of any other food to lose weight. check out my site for plenty of tips that will really help you lose weight fast. http://nyblizzard23.googlepages.com/home |

A healthy diet and exercise Watch out for High Fructose Corn Syrup it is very nasty stuff. Not only are organic foods tastier but by far healthier. Unfortuantly, they are costly. |

I recommend not losing weight fast ever. It messes with your metabolism and can create health conditions. It can also give your skin an ashy tone, and you could even lose hair. Why not consult The American Diabetic Association for healthy eating ideas, and speak to your doctor about a good plan for a LIVE-it, instead of a DIEt. ? |

My wife just gave birth to our twins in December and she's already down 50+lbs. All I can say is breast feeding, even if you just use a breast pump. Don's sleep when the baby sleeps, do chores (dishes laundry), and some excersizes (pushups, situps) while the babe is sleeping. When holding the baby while standing (at home) squat down until you can touch your elbows to your thighs, all while keeping your feet flat on the floor. Do three to five sets of 15 to 25 repetitions. If the weather is good where you are, (not here, Western New York) Take a 20 to 30 minute walk daily. Good Luck, |

sometimes you don't have do do a thing just breastfeeding and watching after the baby it's enough, i had colleagues who said after 6 months they lost weight without doing anything
but if persists, try gym and diet, see a nutritionist |

Breastfeed on the baby's schedule, eat healthily (don't cut out too many calories as that might cause you to GAIN weight) and be patient. If you're over age 25 it will probably take you at least 6 months to fit back into your skinny jeans.
And that is OK. |

Same system as everyone else on a diet:
Eat healthy foods (no junk food, no hydrogenated oils, no high fructose corn syrup), lots of water, and exercise. Running or high cardio workout is good to loose weight, pilates or yoga is good for toning. |

BREAST FEEDING BOOSTS METABOLISM! by 300-500 calories a day! most women neglect to use this evolutionary perk to their advantage but if you slightly reduce your caloric intake (not too much because then you risk halting the milk flow) and exercise consistently you can lose the baby weight. just remember that it took you 9 whole months to put it on so it may take just as long if not longer to lose it depending on how much time you can devote to working out. if you are beyond the breast feeding stage or just never wanted to do it in the first place...well, regardless of your situation...adding a total body weight training will help anyone lose any kind of weight they have to lose because it helps you gain back the lean muscle mass that we all naturally lose as we age. twice a week for at least 30 minutes should be fine for you. you can pick up some weights or resistance bands pretty cheaply at walmart and target and either use netflix to find a workout dvd or pick up an issue of shape/fitness magazine. |

Breast feeding, believe it or not. I lost so much weight when breast feeding. Plus it actually helps to tighten your stomach and uterine muscles. |
