mobiles emit radioactive rays which are harmful for human brain.it may lead to brain tummer.but its effects can be reduced if you adopt right way of holding it.
If that was the case of mobiles giveing people brain cancer nobody would use them common sence. but I can tell you that you do get lots of headaches when using them. so use them little as possible.

I've never actually heard of holding the phone a certain way, but I recently heard on the radio that health professionals have advised people to keep their cell phone conversations to a minimum of ten minutes in order to minimize the possibility of harm.

Actually there has to be a little correction here. Mobile phone hand sets emit Infra Red Rays which on prolonged exposure to brain can cause strokes or brain cancer, and if kept near the heart can precipitate a heart attack, so carry your phone in your pant pocket and wear an ear piece to talk on the mobile phone.
