After you finish brushing, rinse with baking soda and warm water.
Also, eat fresh mint leaves throughout the day.
Do you have any bad habits that you can cut out? ie, smoking, drinking, eating garlic/onions, etc. |

Certain foods cause bad breath like coffee, garlic, onions. Gum disease can cause bad breath. Infections can cause bad breath. Acid reflux can do it. There are a lot of things. Go see your doctor or dentist and get a thorough check up. |

Try the TheraBreath products. They are on the web and available at Rite Aid drugstores among others. Their mouthwash has no alcohol in it, which can aggravate some peoples condition.
You might even have those little gray/white deposits in your adenoids. (Slang term: Horks)
And some digestive disorders can affict you as well. Start with your dentist for a proper cleaning and opinion. Then you might need to see an Ear/Nose and Throat specialist. |

Bad breath comes from fermentation from your GI tract. It depends on your diet. Do you eat dairy? Do you eat sugar? Try eating fruit in the place of "fake" sugar as fruit consists of "real" sugar.
Also, you can buy all the mouthwash you want and brush your teeth 50 times per day, if you don't have a clean diet, you'll suffer from hallitosis the rest of your life until you change your diet.
Hope this helps. |

bad breath is caused by bacteria on your tongue. Buy a tongue scraper or just use your toothbrush and gently brush the back of your tongue and then rinse with mouthwash. |

Well it sounds like you take really good care of your teeth so gum disease shouldn't be the issue. You need to see a doctor and have him run some tests to see if you have problems internally. Also, you didn't mention whether you take any medications on a daily basis. Certain medications can cause bad breath. |
