most common reason for a bad breath is a bad dental condition most probably a gum infection that is gingivitis so the first thing you need is a visit to a good dentist preferably a periodontist. you require a thorough cleaning of ur mouth.
if there is some other reason for the bad breath then that can also be detected the best by a dentist.
for the time being you can just try a good mouthwash and brushing your teeth well.
bad breath can also be due to some systemic conditions like diabetes, some medicines, remaining hungry for a long time etc. but in systemic conditions u also get other symptoms so the most obvious reason is gingivitis which is easily cured by a good dental care and a routine dental checkup. |

Lol @ 'shet'.
Why are people telling you obvious things like take breath mints and brush your teeth? As if you don't do those things. You can take all the breath mints you want. But the smell probably has less to do with the what's in your mouth as what's in your colon.
I have two questions:
1. What things do you usually drink and eat every day?
2. How often are you using the bathroom?
Normal is once per day to once per meal. If you're not going often, you need to add much more fiber to your diet. |

Take some clove oil and rub it on your gums. Or else, keep a clove in your mouth and chew slowly.
OR
Brush your teeth with toothpaste that contains sage oil, peppermint oil etc.
OR
In 1 glass of lukewarm water, add a pinch of salt and prepare a homemade saline solution. Using this solution, gargle two times in a day. It will help a great deal in reducing the swelling in your mouth.
OR
To heal the gum swelling, use an anti bacterial mouth wash.
OR
Patients suffering from Gingivitis should consume foods containing low saturated fats. |

Well you would first want to go and get
a packet of the mintest smelling gum.
Next you would want to keep popping gum in your mouth and then buy mouthwash and toothpaste and toothbrush. |
