Consider speaking to your parents, teachers, counselors, and nurses at your school that you feel comfortable about talking to about your weight. They can suggest courses of action that will be best for you.
If you are concerned about your weight, the best thing for you is diet and exercise with a lifestyle change.
Asking this question and deciding to do something about it is an important and very brave first step but you will need some emotional and psychological help to get you through what you are feeling.

Do you get tired easy or are experiencing health problems? if so, maybe a couple of hours a week for exercise will help. Circulates the blood and expands your lungs.

Consider going on a partial vegan diet. Vegans are usually skinny as a stick.

an easy way to loose weight at your age is just to cut out all sugar and salt from your diet.. Cake, Ice cream, Candy, etc. If you find it hard, you can substitute your sugar with Splenda. Cost a little more but it's worth it..

You could eat less calories, but still enough food. You should think of maybe getting a treadmill, or walking daily. Once you've been walking daily, (about 3 miles a day), for about a month you could even start jogging. Don't jog all at once though. You should try to make it to the corner the first day, then walk the rest. The next day you could make it to the lamp post after the corner, and walk the rest, and so on.
You should definitely try to get about 20 minutes of cardiovascular activity a day. There are a lot of different exercises, such as jogging, power walking, at first, then you could get into heavier exercise. Also, you may want to do some stomach exercises. You could do sit-ups. I personally, do 50 sit-ups three times a day, but that may not be good for you right away. You should start slow, and gradually increase the exercise.
Please don't try anything like diet pills, anorexia, or beleigmia. They will only make things worse. Deit plans may work, but you should really just set a certain number of calories for yourself per day, maybe 2000, considering your age. No less then 1700. Really, just watch your calories and exercise, and you should lose weight. Its not going to happen fast though, so just stick with it, and be prepared for a tough time. It will get easier though, because these things will become a habit. I hope this helps, and I hope you stick it out. I'm sure you won't regret the results.
If you don't lose tons of weight, it could be because the exercises are giving you muscles, which weigh more then body fat. You shoud find yourself slimming up, though. Good Luck.

Get motivated! You know how you live and you know how you should. Lots of excersize,good foods and sleep.Bam you are what you are. Become comfortable with that or change it , its up to you. Good luck either way to you.

I was looking at the BMI (Body Mass Index) Chart and that weight is a little higher than it should be for your height. It said you should be around 150 pounds.
You should start a healthy exercise program. Daily physical activity of about 30 minutes or more. Begin slowly and go up as you get used to it.
Eat regular meals to healthy portions and perhaps speak to your doctor about being put on a healthy diet.
You're still very young there's plenty of time to put yourself back on track.
