if you like being active you can try parkour.. it is hard at first but really fun once you get with a group and going to jams and stuff... if you stay active then you can eat the same and ur metabolism will increase and u will eventually lose weight |

well a good thing to do is to excersise a bit no matter how much you hate it, it helps the most if you want to diet a diet should never reduce the amount of food you eat only the amount of calories you take in eat more salads and healthy food |

I have the same problem, even though a size 1-3 isn't bad.. maybe your hips are just growing. its not a big deal and theres nothing you can do about it when you hate excersizing |

If I was a size 1-3 I'd be SO happy with myself! Honestly, you sound skinny girll. Before you start any kind of diet or excersising ask your doctor if you really need to.
I know what you mean though, I have been eating a lot and gaining too..but I'm way bigger. |

just eat right, take all of the junk foods out of your house, because if it is around you you are going to be tempted to eat it right? thats what I did I took all of the sodas out of my house and substituted them with orange juice or water, and the chips with trans grams 0 fat. low fat ice cream, skim milk, Cheerio cereal, no fried foods, baked chicken, fish, etc. You just have to put your mind to it if you really want to be that size again. and to be honest that is not a really bad size!

First you must set your mind into your goal. then do the following:
Don't eat large meals, small but frequent eating is more preferable. with exercise or physical activities, you burn the calories you intake. If you won't, they would accumulate in your body as stored fat. try diverting your attention from eating, do something which requires physical activity instead. lastly, be choosy with your intakes. avoid junk foods as well as those that are fatty and fried. Drink lots of water and eat vegetables to clean your body system. good luck! |

eat 6 small meals a day.
don't eat before you go to bed.
when you are hungry eat fruit and veggies or drink water.
do at least 10-15 minutes of cardio exercise a day. |

try to only eat half of the foods you like, drink water and once in a while walk, you could walk with your friends and chat so its not that bad and you could have fun doing it, or play a sport! hope you find what you need! |

You shouldn't worry. Just don't snack in between meals, and slowly eat your meals. When you eat slower, you end up filling up faster. |

I used to be size 3 then i had to get surgery now I'm size 11. and thats all in a 8 month period so so sweat it. you dont need to be size 0 0 is anorexic looking in my belief i think in my own taste. 1-3 is perfect. so dont sweat it sixe 11 though is a problem lol. I tried to get back to size 3 and i cant. i exercise eat heathier and less nothing works :( that surgrey really threw me off |

You have to take baby steps, it worked for me. Start going for walks, then move up to jogs, etc. And switch foods to healthier alternatives.
Just don't stop eating altogather, you don't want to be anorexic, that looks worse than overweight. |

Do research about how many calories are in what you eat.
Track what you eat on a daily basis.
Limit your caloric intake.
Calories in must be less than calories out (exercise).
If you want to make a change in your physical appearance, then do so. If you want to be like the rest of America - continue down your path.

The same prob for me its just that the food is so good Ive gained so much weight 2 and I've cut back on calories but I'm always hungry So istarted to eat healthier and it worked I also used to be in track so I started running again so it comes down to this u actually have to exercise and eat healthier to lose weight. HOpe this helps! |

drink alot of tea!!! And i mean alot. Non sweetened. It will send a signal to your head telling you that you are not hungry. It also gives you alot of vitamins. |

ok..you were a size ZERO and now you are a 3??? so that means now you actually look human and not anorexic? congrats :)
In other news, food is good. just have some self control. or work out 30 min. a day so you can enjoy those extra calories. |

well thats still really skinnny :)) buuuut you could try like getting the healthier version of the foods you like . like get organic or like half the fat and everything.. or you could just drink lots of water..

Size 1-3 and you think you're overweight?
Do yourself a HUGE favor and get a doctor's opinion. It sounds like you have some psychological body image issues that make you think you are much more overweight than you are. Before you do anything, get a doctor's opinion about your weight. If the doctor tells you that you aren't overweight then seek the help of a nutritionist and a psychologist or psychiatrist. If the doctor says that you do indeed have excess body fat, then (and only then) take steps to lose it. And the doctor will be able to tell you some good steps to take. |

well the best thing to do is a self evaluation.look at your image in the mirror and ask your self is this what i really want? its mind over matter. food cannot control you. you're way powerful.whenever the thought of food comes to you think water.remind yourself that this is the devil that got you gaining weight and you do not want to fall victim another day.remind your self that too much of this food will get you looking all bigggg and you don't want to live like that.push your self you can do it. i have faith in you.GOOD LUCKKKKK!!!!!!!!! |
