I take my mountain bicycle out to the country, look for a high hill and try to get to the top. If that doesn't work I smoke a joint in the downhill. |

When I get to feeling down I call my best friend and talk to her. She always ends up making me feel better. If that doesn't work for you then I would say a quick prayer and turn it over to God. If noone else is able to make things better for you, God can. |

Sounds daft but I eat chocolate and cuddle my teddy, and I am a grown woman. It helps when my friends aren't around to talk to. Evidence shows you should try exercise though, as this releases endorphins and serotonin, the natural happy chemical in the body |

What is your favorite things to do? Get out there and do something fun, get your mind of off your troubles! If you keep busy, you'll have less time to mull over your troubles.
