Besides laser eye surgery, you can also improve your vision through an alternative treatment - natural vision correction. It consists of eye exercises for many different conditions. Take a look here:

Healthy diet is also very important to restore and maintain clear vision. Take a look here:

You need to see an eye doctor to find out why your vision has declined. It could be a need for glasses or you could have an eye disease.
Some eye diseases can be treated and vision restored; treatment depends on the disease. There are specific exercises for some specific conditions but no catch all exercises that are good for all conditions.
There are no exercises, supplements or foods that will eliminate the need for glasses.

It truly does depend on the reason for your vision change. Many of the vision "exercises" do not help most people.
In fact, one seller of a 'vision correction by exercises' program has been halted from selling their 'product' in the state of Iowa back in November...because they were peddling a "no more glasses, no more contacts" plan if you used their program...which has been found to be completely false.
You need to have an eye exam, like Judy said, to find out the exact cause of your decreased vision. There are more conditions out there than I can count that have blurry vision as their main symptom...not just nearsightedness or farsightedness.
BTW...carrots cannot take place of taking care of your eyes! And only eye care professionals, optometrists, and ophthalmologists can tell IF you have a healthy eye...and if not, what treatments/surgeries can be done to improve your eye health.
