Okay, stupid eye twitching!!?
Omfg, okay my right eye has been twitching ALL day long and its driving me nuts!! is there something wrong with me, why is it doing this?? i was like, WTF, im mental, lol.
When I get that, this helps. Close your eyes and think of a clock face. Look up with your eyes closed, as high as you can at 12.Then 1, and around the clock face.
It's like stretching those muscles. See if that helps!

Use an oral antihistamine (h1 blocker if you want to be technical) -- not topical. Something like diphenhydramine (Benedryl) or chlorphenerigan (Chlortrimaton). A good prescription drug is Phenergan (you'll have to talk to your doctor for this one). Antihistamines are always recommended in pharmacology textbooks, but I don't think that they really work that well. The best correction is lifestyle changes -- more sleep and less caffeine. Good luck!

I don't want to scare you or anything, but that happened to me once so I looked it up and found that a twitching eye is a superstition and it means that someone in your family is going to die. I was like yeah right, but wouldn't you know it a week later my grandma died and the twitching stopped. This totally freaked me out and I hope my eye never twitches again. This really happened and i'm not joking. I'll try to find the site.
Or maybe theres just something in your eye. Have you tried flushing it out.

OMG! that happens to me constantly and will last for like a week at a time. It is so annoying! I have noticed that muscle relaxers or Xanax helps me. Personally, I believe it is caused by stress. If your not into taking the pills try drinking a beer or something, relax in a hot tub, or just chill out and watch a movie.
