You can do Calf Raises on a machine at a gym or just do them at home. If you do them at home try doing them on one feet, that makes you work the muscles more.You could get this book called Joan Pagano strength training for women. It has alot of good exercise for all parts of your body.

Not if it is muscle. I have built calves and haven't been able to slim them down through exercises or machines. The only time they got smaller is when I was sick and down to 102 lbs but at 122 they are still "sturdy" shall I say.

yes it is possible you don't really need a exercise machine but there are some you can use like a Tredmill or you can ride a bike or run e.t.c jog
