what you can do yourself at home:
-avoid tea, coffee, cigarrettes and wine (maybe not very tempting though)
-brush and floss daily
-choose tooth paste that bleaches your teeth when used daily
if you have slightly yellow or brown teeth that probably won't get too white with tooth paste only, you could go for cosmetic dentistry. This is of course the most expensive option but cosmetic dentists not only make your teeth white, they also repair and fix teeth and their shape if needed. That usually guarantees an amazing smile. |

i as a dentist would suggest u visit a dental clinic for a procedure called bleaching of the teeth...in layman terms whitening of teeth.... its effective and another suggestion would b to reduce consumption of tea, coffe...carbonated drinks.... they fasten the staining of the teeth! |

I've been using Pearlie White toothpaste for years and it works! You can try if you want. You can simply get it at Watsons or Guardian Pharmacy. It cost about 6 or 7 dollars only. So...try it! |

Crest whitening strips really work and lasts for 18 months their around $30 which is better than paying $300-$500 at the dentist but if you can afford it than it's probably worth it I think it might last for 2-3yrs I heard that somewhere. |
