You can go to the dentist and get them whitened but thats super super expensive...why not whitestrips they work great for me.

Brush twice a day, in the morning and at night before you go to bed. Don't eat after you brush at night and if you do don't eat sweets. Also don't drink lots of caffeinated drinks, if you drink soda drink it through a straw.
