running will reduce body fat and increase cardiovascular health. The South Beach Diet is good nutrition and good food. I lost 25lbs in 3 months on it. In general, don't eat anything white (potatos, etc) or baked (bread, cookies, etc) and you will l ose alot of weight. Don't drink anything with sugar in it (juice, soda, sweet tea) and instead drink a few liters of water every day. Take a vitamin and above all get sweaty every day!! You never gaine or lose anything without working for it.

the best way to reduce... go to joggin or running for 30-45 mins four times or more every week. Swimming is helpful, too. You might like to go to the gym with friends and playing basketball (if you like them lol), soccer, any sport as long as you enjoy it.
Also you have to watch youself what you eating. Dont eating too much. You have to limited yourself with the foods. Never, never, never skipping your breakfast. I tis most important in your life daily. It will help you to decrease the weight. After breakfast.. do jogging or running or walking.. Just do what you can as longas it is excerise ;)

Taken from my weight loss experience...
1. Try altering your diet some. You don't have to omit everything you eat, but until the pounds melt away, eliminate certain foods (esp sugary items) that may be a deterrent. Once you have lost the weight, you may slowly begin to incorporate the foods you removed. Just remember, moderation is key to staying fit 'n trim! You do not have to give up what you love. :]
2. How about walking ? Walking coupled with jumping (it works, it's true) and maybe a little cardio, but if you don't have the proper equipment, or a way to navigate to a gym I wouldn't worry about cardio. I walk on my treadmill for about 30 minutes 4-5 times per week. No treadmill ? Go walk around your block. As for jumping, you can easily use a miniature trampoline, or simply jump up and down for awhile in the comfort of you're home or outside. I like the idea of jumping because it feels like my whole body is getting a workout.
3. And create a food journal for the week. I helped someone I know make one by logging what was eaten from sunup to sundown every day of the week. I personally haven't tried the food journal thing yet, but it seems like a good idea...

Join a Gym... thts the best thing. your trainer will suggest u a good diet depending on your body structure.
