Mine has been with the Weight Watchers points plan. Yesterday I got to my goal after losing two stone so I am over the moon. I just want to lose another half stone and I will be satisfied. |

The hydroxcut hardcore diet. The pounds just melted away! I lost 20 lbs in one month. I know they say its not healty but i look fabulous!!! And have had no effects at all. I didnt even change my eating habits all that much. I did do organized workout routines like twice a week and still do to maintain the image. The only downside is it turns your poop red because of the color of the pills. But that is no big deal. |

weight watchers is the best the points system has worked for everbody, I know im using it just now and have lost 9lbs and still have the odd treat,,your diet is a way of life. its not just a 5-6 fad then put back on again,,
find the stuff u like to eat and the points with them u can find a diet u will like and not hate and that helps too |

I've not been on a proper diet, but my mum is doing the "LighterLife" thing and she has dropped from a size 24-28 to a 12-14, and still shrinking! We've yet to see if it will stay off, but most people who've been on this diet have kept the weight off. |

Using the tools at http://www.ediets.com/ helped me lose almost 100 pounds.
Really, it just boiled down to learning to pay attention to how many calories I was taking in, and being able to see how long it would reasonably take to lose the weight. |

I've tried everyting from Slimming World, Weight Watchers, Slim Fast, Scarsdale, Atkins and numerous other of my own devising including the 'throw up after you eat' diet - not proud of that one! and piled it all back on and more.
The most successful diet I have ever been on is the one I am on now.
I am not on a diet, I eat what I want but only when hungry and I only eat half of what is on my plate. It might sound like you wouldn't manage to leave half a plate of food, but your stomach would get used to less food over time.
I am fitter, healther and happier than I ever was on any diet and I get the added bonus of being able to say 'I can eat what I like and never put on weight'. |

the curves diet worked for my mom and now i am on the first week and have lost 5 lbs in two days. it's similar to the south beach and you can do it online. with this and exercise 3 to 5 times a week i feel success and it's a 6 week program |

no diet. what diet? God gave us stomack. don't restrick foods. you can avoid non-veg, since it may lead digest problems...Daily, i am taking 4 iddlies with sambar. lunch at noon raw rice, sambar, rasam, butter milk with pickles. on alternative days green leaves boiled with salt etc.,instead of sambar. night..at times meals and at times some tiffin like Dhosa, poori, chappathi with side dish. Thats all. Try to take veg items ...it will not spoil our health. you can take fruit juice too irrespective of fruit. only patients are restricted with diet, and no ordinary people restricted with diet. one thing..i will not take any eatables between the breakfast and lunch and lunch to night meals. it will be good for health. ok!! |

well I went on a mad diet I gradually took the carbs out of my diet and only ate like 2 cereal bars a day I lost alot of weight and u now what I haven't piled it back on u have to really motivate urself so that u wont go back to binge eating but watch out when u get ill u might faint cos ur body is very low on vitamins and minerals.
I am crazy lol!!!!
Dont follow this diet just eat plenty of fruit and veg drink loads of water sometimes when ur hungry ur not actually hungry u need a glass of water.
I recommend before u eat drink loads of water so then u wont eat as much its a trick one of my cousins told me.
I lost like 3 stone was amazing but people told me I looked better chubbyer cos when u become slim ur cheek bone pop out a bit too much and u start to look anorexic I am 5'8 and weigh like 8.5 stone. I used to weigh 2 pounds less untill I fainted and got a lecture about not eating so I reacommend u eat healthily so that ur body does not starve of essential nutrients.

most people want to loose weight to feel skinny but the thing is the more weight u loose the more depressed u become and the more weight u still want to loose and weight loss can also leed to anorexia take it from me I was heading towards that. my FAMILY FORCE FED ME lol!!!!
and I still cant gain weight anymore which is not good also loosing too much weight could make u infertile. |
