Calamine lotion may help you, and take cool baths. Don't forget to drink plenty too as your burns will cause you to dehydrate quickly. We've all been there, ouch!

have a shower not a cold one... just enough heat that u will feel on ur sun burn to kinda get used to the feel of it for a second.. dont use boilin water or ull hurt urself more.. then wen dried use antiseptic cream on ur back... not only does it give it a chill for a while... but it takes of any itching which is great... wen the cream has been on for a while... remain top less and tie a huge towel like a beach towel around u and leave it there over night... make sure the towel is soft material... im speakin by excperience i got sun burnt in turkey last week hope this helps..

I got sunburnt so bad on my face once when I was 16 it blistered. A short soak in a cool bath twice a day might be easier than a shower, can imagine a shower would hurt like hell. Submersing in water will take the heat out better. Leave off the shower gel etc, just water.
Apply aftersun if your skin feels dry to the touch. Wear loose cotton clothes when you can and stay out the sun for now !! You will almost probably peel and the skin will be sore for quite a while.

when my mom had a sunburn it was very bad. i told her to put something cold on her and she told me to bring yorgurt. she actually put yorgurt on her. i said its not going to work but the next day she had half the pain. it worked a little. but take a shower if you want to go out so you cant smell like yorgurt

I think it is a bit late for 'after sun remedy's' you need something more, your Doctor or even the pharmacist at the chemist shop will advise you and give you the correct treatment......are you in the UK? phone the NHS help line they will tell you the best thing to get.....if you need it tonight you may find a chemist that opens late !!!!!!
