You'll have to to the whole shabang, i dont think you need to actually hurt yourself, just go home and tell your mum that you fell off skateboard or whatever and your wrist really hurts, she might want you to go to doctor, thats cool, they wont find anything and just think its sprained, probably give you a wrist support bandage and you'll be officially excused from any activity that uses your wrist.
