You would be having bloody stools, blood in your urine, vomiting blood.
You might get a black/blue mark or hematoma, a small clump of coagulated blood...not really internal bleeding the way it's generally used.

bruises are the result of internal bleeding. so you might have some very very minor bleeding, but it doesn't sound like bad.

I doubt you are bleeding internally from your description of the injury...and even if you are bleeding internally, there are no vital organs in your arm and your body would clot and take care of any issues long before it became a problem anywhere else...but better safe than sorry right?! Good Luck!

If you get a bruise, you're actually bleeding internally a little bit. But we get bruises all the time, they're no big deal 95% of the time. You'll be fine. It takes much more trauma to bleed internally the way you're thinking about it.
Besides, there's only 4 places you can bleed internally enough to possibly die: your chest, abdomen, groin, and femurs. There's not enough space in your arm to bleed out. Considering it was just a tug to your arm... the worst internal bleeding you'll have is a small bruise.
Unless your friend happens to be the Hulk, you'll be okay.
Try putting some ice on where it hurts, keep it above the level of your heart, and see if that makes it better. If it doesn't, ask mom for some advil or motrin.
