mine doggy woggys used to be black too..now it is like a very very little chocolate brown colour with black around the edges.
it doesn't matter what colour it is..as long as it's wet and not dry..you doggy will be fine.

I suggest you consult the vet - it may be nothing, but I had a cat once who lost the colour from her nose and it turned out to be a thyroid problem.
