I'm so dumb with contacts it seems. I took
a 30 minute class learning to use them..I have no
trouble getting them in, it's out. I feel like I'm
taking them out with needles! I cut my fingers short,
but it takes me so many tries to get them out.
How do you get yours out?
just poke about in your eye feel it then drag it into the inside corner of your eye,
its sitting on the coloured part so put your finger on their then work the contact nito the corner then gently pich it out...it shouldnt hurt....but you will get used to it!!

the key to this is pulling them out quickly without poking urself. they are located right over the color of your eye. just reach in there and squeeze it and pull it out really fast. also solution on ur fingers along with well washed hands makes it feel a lot better. another thing ive noticed is make sure u take them out b4 u brush ur teeth. sometimes u may have a little toothpaste on ur teeth and WOW that really hurts. hope this helps

what u should do is put a little of teh solotion on yr finger tips and look to the side and then take them out. don't worry about ripping them if u fold them. i hope this helps.

i pull my contact down from the center with my index finger, never touching the eye itself. Once its down far enough it makes a kind of bubble that you can basically grab or even blink out of your eye. never touching your eye, again. You'll get it in a week, don't worry!

What I did, was poked myself in the eye (haha) gently and slid it to the side and removed it that way. That way I didn't feel as though I was poking my pupil out. Use the fleshy part of your fingerpad only.
