New glasses?
I got new glasses and it's like the frame is in my way, they did make adjustments but that made it worse and they had to move it back. They say that I just need to get use to my new frames---has anyone else had this problem?
If so did you get use to it? Or did you fix it somehow?
The lens are good I can see clearly through them but the frame is bugging me esp my left eye.
I have several pairs of glasses. Some have bolder and thicker frames, or different colors. I have to adjust to it every time I switch. I wear my contacts more than any of my glasses, so I have to adjust when I switch there, too. In most cases, your brain does adjust after some time. Really, it does.

You get used to it. Kinda like sitting by a waterfall... the noise is defaning... until you spend a couple hours... then you can hear someone in a normal voice... then after a day camping, you can hear a whisper.
The mind will filter out the annoyance which is first there. Give em 2 weeks, then see where you stand.

How long have you had these glasses? I've worn glasses for more than 50 years (yikes!), and changed glasses numerous times. Sometimes it takes me a couple weeks to get used to new frames and be able to ignore them. This was especially true when styles went from big frames to skinny ones. If things don't improve after a couple weeks, you may have to "eat" the cost, and pick another frame, or live with the distraction. Next time you choose frames, concentrate on visual impairment (as well as fit and appearance) as you try them on.
Good luck!

That happens. You notice the frame in front of your eyes and it is bothersome. The only thing to do is keep wearing the glasses all the time. In a few days, at most a week, you'll get used to it. Then you won't even notice you're wearing them.

You'll get used to it over time. You've probably switched to a smaller eye size or a thicker frame.
When your glasses are adjusted, the optical centers of the lenses are positioned in front of your eyes for best vision. There isn't really any more that can be done other than positioning the frame a little closer to your eyes.
Your left eye is likely your dominant eye, and that is why you're bugged more by that one. It's not an indication that one side of the glasses fit is better than the other.
