for me it feels like you cant get a big enough breath of air I jog a lot and I have to use an inhaler If I did not use and try to run I smother and cough and weez really bad you may want to go to the doctor and have it checked out

viral and/or bacteria infection, perhaps? an allergy? maybe asthma, but doubtful with those symptoms unless you are not sleeping because you are nervous/worried. the headaches could be from lack of oxygen, which could be asthma related. i would start by going to your family doctor and take it from there.
