Take home to the doctor to determine the cause of his snoring, there can be serious health issues associated with snoring

Most of the time snoring shouldnt be much of a problem. But in some cases, severe snoring can be associated with sinus or respiratory problems. If it is louder than his usual snoring, you should have him visit the doctors office to see whats causing the problem. If its always been the same, there are different kind of nose strips that can be purchased at a local drug store such as walgreens that can help with the snoring. Good Luck!

if you cant stop your husband snoring, you go to another room, get the bed, and enjoy it by yourself.

buy those nose strips (Breathe Right) to open your nasal passages. that may help.

See if you can get him to roll over on his side. When I was married I too snored. She gently told me to roll over on my side, and I guess it worked. Also, when the is too much noise in the neighborhood to sleep, I use rubber ear plugs. Works great, I hope it helps you, too.
