Try an expectorant called Mucinex and drink a lot of fluids, preferably water. The expectorant is to thin out the mucous.

I thought expectorant was for chest congestion. Try some lemon tea and another kind of cold medicine for head/throat congestion.

Phlegm is supposed to be in your throat and i don't understand what you mean by stuck. If your phlegm is clear its ok if its yellowy or any other color for that matter you could have and infection.

hi i had the same problemn my graduation week my throat was killing me and i was caughing all night and it only gto worth. on graduation day i had to say my valedictoroian speech and i tried a bunch of stuff to clear up my throat and the only thing that worked was boiling boiling HOT water wih lemon juice in it. it was burning and it burnt my throat and it worked! good luck

try gargling with warm sugar water, about 2 tlbs per half a cup of warm water, also try drinking really sweet tea , the tea is also good for soothing sore throats.

try getting a vaporizer and use it @ nite, I get flem in my throat all the time and dat rlly helps me.
also try getting theraflu(it's not only 4 flu)
