I caught my mom smoking when i was 14 and I flushed all her smokes and put a note in her pack and told her I loved her and I wanted her to be healthy (my grandmother had just died of lung cancer) this really affected her and she quit cold turkey

You don't do anything. She's your mother. The woman you respect. Now if you were smoking. She would be talking to you. You don't talk to her. She's the adult. You're not. When you become an adult, how would you like some kid telling you what you should and shouldn't do? Like Kathryn said, get over it. People smoke. As you get older, you might too. One never knows what the future holds for us. So just leave mom be.
