its muscle becuase it doesnt show as much as fat. if you look at the Cage fighters (mma) or (ufc) there like 140 lb's but they look 200. thats becuase there all muscle

Next time you're at your gym ask them to do a body fat percentage test. that way if you have a high body fat percentage, you'll know it was fat you gained. if it is a low percentage, then it was all muscle baby lol

If you are following a well balanced diet, I would that you have gained muscle. Now, if you just eat any ol' thing, fat is a possibility. But you are the only one who truly knows how much you really work out and what you really eat. You say you go the gym, why not just ask a professional trainer?

it could be both depending on your diet. if you eat healthy then its probably muscle, but if you grab mcds almost every day or some other fast food, then that 10 could majority be fat

I don't really understand what kilo's equal to pounds, but muscle weighs more than fat. So if you are going to the gym and excersizing, you will most likely always gain weight, even though you lose inches. So if you are going to the gym to change your weight, stop. You need to go and when you feel you look good, then be happy. Don't rely on the scale.
