Got Hit In The Eye Need Some Help?
I was bouncing a tennis ball (not hard) and it just hit me square in the eye. It hurt for a while and it was hard to open it.
Its right in the eye not alittle below or above and if it hit there it wouldnt have hurt at all but it did hit right in the eye and irratates a little but it is much better before and not dizzy
Should I wait and if it still hurts in a few days go to the doctors?
should i ice it?
How good is your insurance? Eye injuries should not be treated lightly. One should see a doctor immediately if they can afford it. That said - - - spending several hours motionless with a cool compress over it, curtail all activities just rest - - - can't hurt - - - the body has an amazing ability to heal itself if you simply rest...
Peace....

i once got a marble thrown at my eye but it didnt hit me RIGHt in the eye, it was a bit to the left, kinda under it, but still dangerously close to my eye. i didnt go to the doctor, and it got swollen and black and blue for about a week and a half.
i advise you to go to the doctor, because it can potentially damage your eyesight, i think.
just go to the doctors and see what he/she says.
definately put ice on it, it helps the swelling
good luck!
i hope everything is ok!

Yes, put ice on it with a paper towel or towel between. Then take some ibuprophen to reduce swelling. Good luck

If you can see, even if it's itchy, you'll be fine. If your vision is impaired AT ALL---see a doctor now. Itchy or even a little sore is ok---distorted vision is cause for immediate concern.
Distilled vinegar and a cold washcloth ought to do it.
