Don't go anywhere near your Doctor - unless you are seriously at your wits end..- He will write it down on your file - and you will then become black-listed for ever.. Having a mental illness recorded against you is the last thing you need.. future employers will frown upon you - insurance companies will not insure you..etc.etc.. You have to talk to a close family member ..they will most certainly help you.. Best of luck to you.. |

Have you been to see your doctor? They may be able to point you in the right direction to maybe a counsellor, or if they feel you need it medication (but i would try to sort it out without them if you can). Do you know if there is any reason you are feeling like this. I have had depression for the past two years and my doctor put me straight on medication which hasn't helped really, I found talking helped more, also my diet and exercise sounds lame but it does help. Also go out and get new hobbies and a routine. |

First don't ask such important questions and expect a perfect answer from people you don't know and will never meet through your PC.
The PC is really alonely place to be as you are on your own staring at a screen.
Get out more and take up an interest that will help you to meet face to face with others. Learn something new by going to an evening class.
I do not suffer and have never suffered as you are but when I did a begginers German class there was 10 of us, all different ages and we started by having a Christmas get together and then a drink after classes and we had an enjoyable time.
One of our number admitted later that he to had been depressed and lonely but derived a real cure from the one activity.
Try it and I do hope you can get over it soon. |

sorry to hear you feel that way bro/sis. here are some ways that can help ya boost ya mood and throw away the blues. they are all pretty natural and are none addictive unlike the anti depressants that doctors give you.(which in my experience only make things worse). try taking a combination of st johns wort (this may take a few days to a few weeks to work but is worth the wait) along with a 5-htp supplement and also supplement your vitamin b complex or take a multivitamin that contains at least 40mg niacin(b3), 40 mg pantothenic acid(b5), 100mg pyridoxine (b6) 20mg of (b12) and 100mcg of folic acid. as with anything though i would seek medical advice if taking medication already. it is also worth mentioning that omega 3 oils also help enhance your moods, as does light exercise. hope that this helps. p.s it may be worth going to see a nlp practitioner or psycho therapist |

Yes, go and see your doctor. He or she will help you. Also, I find it helps when I make friends online and chat to them. |

See your doctor, there is no such thing as a black list! Only help which we all need from time to time.
If he/she prescribes drugs take them because they are great but sometimes take a while to kick in.
Ask for a list of qualified and experienced counsellors in your area. The right counsellor for you is worth their weight in gold. Be brave and give it a go. Many many people have counselling!
Do things you enjoy, take time out for yourself and treat yourself well. Ignore people who say 'Pull yourself together' they mean well but its not a helpful thing to say.
Please seek help I did and I have a far different life now. Depression is a sign that things have to change and that can take a very long time. Big hug |

i battled that basard for 2 years but i am feeling all better... i found that opening up a little worked.... i started a blog and that helped. you should probably start listening to funny and good music. try reading too. exercising is a great solution... if that doesnt help, go talk to your doctor |

you must be dwelling on something thats eating you up. Relax don't take things so hard. First thing to do is see a Dr like everyone is saying here. Talk to him honestly hes heard everything so don't hide anything from him. He will give you something to take the edge off. Then hopefully you can begin to enjoy life again. Good Luck chin up |
