It never hurts to get an exam, you can find good Dr's at a reasonable prices at many of the optical chains. Many Insurance plans cover eye exams, or give member discounts at some stores.

you don't need glasses but you might want to get some special computer glasses so your eyes wont get damaged

It doesn't sound like you need them, really, but it never hurts to go and check. Getting eye exams is a good idea now and then even if you have perfect eyesight, because you should be checking to make sure your eyes are healthy. And if you do need glasses, it's best to get them sooner rather than later, because your eyesight will weaken more if your eyes are straining all the time. So find a nearby eye doctor and get an exam done. Costco, Sam's Club, or Walmart eye center near you, I'd suggest one of those, as they're fairly inexpensive.
Good luck!

The PC work isn't a particular issue.
But a routine check every couple of years is a good precaution.
(In the UK, if your work is mainly on a computer, your employer has to pay for this)
Your vision may well be OK, but you may be surprised how much better it could be, beyond just OK.
And if the examiner suggests glasses you are at liberty to say no if you don't feel you need them... It's advice, not a divine command.

You may just need an antiglare filter for your monitor. Check Staples or Office Depot... if you're using a computer at work that causing the blur, your company may be responsible for providing you with one (I work in HR and employers and required to make reasonable accommodations for employees). If you allow the problem to persist, you may eventually need glasses.
