You should definitely see you're GP and an Optitian about this... It could be something like nystagmus, which is involuntary eye movements - many things can cause this, some quite serious, so I suggest you get them checked out.

Twitching of the eye is very common in teens and adults. It's a stress reaction. Your stress can either be emotional (tough job, a lot on your mind) or physical (body recovering, poor diet particularly excessive caffeine).
Reducing the causes of these stress inducers and/or taking more relaxation time for yourself will make the twitch dissipate.

helped by: less stress, more sleep, less caffeine, potassium supplementation (banana or multivitamin), warm compresses and topical antihistamines like alaway
only seek medical attention if: lasts more than 30 days or involves more muscles than just eyelid muscles
