squirt some of your cleaning solution on your finger when you do it...it will help.

Make sure that your finger is dry, and that there is not too much liquid on on the contact lense.

Make sure your finger is not dry when you pick up the lens. Either wet your finger with water or some contact solution (or just lick your finger) before you pick up the lens to put it in your eye.

u will face many problems in the beginig at least for the first 20/25 days, before u get accustomed to it.

1 Make sure your finger is dry.
2 Place the contact on the finger (make sure its not inside out)
3 Put a drop or two into the contact
4 With other hand, pull down your bottom lid and look upwards. Place the contact directly into the eye and keep looking up until the contact is in.
5 Once the contact is in (and you're still looking up with your eyelid pulled down on the bottom) look around to the bottom-side-up-down-all around until the contact is in place.
