maybe 7 or 10 pounds, you don't want to be so skinny you're hungry all the time and have no energy.Plus a little meat on a woman is never a bad thing.The days of being super model skinny are over, it's simply not attractive any more, it was a fad, real women have curves. |

Your weight depends on your build. For some, 5'5 and 145 works out nicely. For others, 5'5 and 120 works better.

Average weight is like 120-150.. you are at a great weight. But, if you want to be very skinny... go for like 130. |

Don't worry. You are at a good weight. You will be healthy. If you still want to lose weight, I think 130-135 should be the minimum you go for. I can't lose weight no matter how much I try. You are at a good pace, so keep at it. Good luck! |

Hey, I'm exactly your size. I'm 144 lbs. Since the past 2 1/2 years I have gained 20-25 lbs. I would like to lose at least 20 and be at 125 lbs tops but if I could lose 25-30 that would be even better. I think you would look better if you lost at least 20 lbs. How did you lose the 11 lbs to begin with? |

Heathy weight for someone at your height? I'd say 120-130 lbs (9.6-7 stone).
I am 5'6 and 125 lbs, I'm actually just a little bit over from being underweight..
As for your BMI (Body Mass Index) yours is 24.13, which is normal.
BMI under 18.5 is underweight.
BMI over 18.5 but under 25 is normal.
BMI over 25 but under 30 is overweight.
BMI over 30 and beyond is obese.

I'd say you pretty close. You don't want to get to low. Cause then you start loosing mucles. I would say no lower then 135. |

The BMI is important, because it is a realistic view of what your ideal weight should be. A lot of women think they are fat, even when they are not.

I am 5'5 and weigh 120lbs and I consider myself med boned. Everyone else says that I am small boned.I look tall and thin. I think that you are about right for our height though on the upper end of the scale. I would like to see you at about a healthy 125 to 135. Good luck and congratulations on the weight loss!!!!!! |
